Wonderful

breakfast was really good, it was much better than the dinner. Room was big and clean, pools were really nice and the beach is 2 mins walking distance.

dinner might be better. Also in the middle of the night there was an electic problem ,it reset itself and air conditioner started to run again on its own. This happened 3 times in the night.

Amaizing, I have no words to describe

We stay in Villa 360 that is amaizing, it is on the hill but we receive a car to come at the resort that is at the beach. The resort is very nice with a beautiful garden, at the splendid beach they have a very nice restaurant Cafe des Arts with a ocen view that I recomand. Many thanks to Hilde and Robert that made us the stay unforgettable.

Some little misunderstanding about the refilling in the villa with all that is needed in the bathroom also with the minibar refillment but was solved with the butler and Hilde Need to be more carefuly with the changing of the beds more often

My wife and I recently chose Le Duc De Praslin as our honeymoon destination, and it exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the rooms, which were not only impeccably clean but also furnished to the highest standards of luxury. Every possible comfort was provided, making our stay truly indulgent. The culinary experience at Le Duc De Praslin was exceptional. The food was of the highest quality, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish. The staff at Le Duc De Praslin were incredibly kind and attentive, always available to assist with any need or request. Their warm hospitality made us feel special and well-cared for throughout our stay. Additionally, the resort offers a wide range of activities that kept us entertained and engaged. We particularly enjoyed snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, which was an unforgettable experience. Our best hotel in the Seychelles

Le Duc was the best hotel on our Seychelles island hopping tour, so much so that we cancelled the remaining days in La Digue and returned to Le Duc for some relaxing quality time. A lot has been said about the New ocean rooms. They are right by the pool in a child free area. The beach is just a few steps away. The sea was always calm with beautiful views. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower and water pressure very good. Any issues with the room were responded to immediately. Two water bottles are complimentary per day, which is very convenient. Cookies and fresh beach towels were provided daily. The gym is very good as well, apparently better than in Raffles, and we spent some time there every day. Most of all we liked the food and the service at breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to the outstanding attentive and consistent service provided by our friends Mohammad and Mr. Da Silva who were always genuinely happy to see us and serve us. It is always the people who make a holiday the best. The food was fresh and varied. We experienced both buffet and a la carte dinners and both options were very good and plentiful. After our return to the hotel we were happy to treat ourselves and give the stomachs a break from the bad food in other places. If we knew better beforehand, we would have spent most of our days in the Seychelles in this hotel.

There are some minor details which do not paint a bad picture. Due to the high humidity the rooms smell mouldy. This can be helped with the essential oil diffuser provided by reception. There are no mosquito nets. We did not try the massages which cost upward of 120 euros. The cafe at the beach was expensive for lunch but we enjoyed a couple of cocktails nevertheless.

Wonderful

Le Duc is one of the best hotels I had the chance to stay in. The family room was vast and comfortable, the buffet fantastic and the staff kind and efficient.

The only downside is that the hotel is not facing the ocean.

Fabulous boutique hotel worthy of a top rating

It was our anniversary so we had booked the Honeymoon Suite; the size of the room was perfect, large, spacious with plenty of storage and all the right things in the right places, like sockets. We had a welcome bottle of wine as well as a couples massage and a special seafood dinner. The meal plan was half board and the food was either served in the Cafe des Arts or the hotel. All the food offerings were exceptional whether it was a la carte or the buffet. The staff here are brilliant. Mostly from Sri Lanka their level of service is top notch and everyone cares about the guests.

Nice location but unprofessional front desk

nice location, comfortable rooms, very good food, variety of buffet is changing every day

Very unprofessional front desk at checkout, we only got a bill for our consummation during our stay. For the room charge we made a prepayment. At checkout we had to pay the balance of more then 1000 Euro, without a bill or information of the remaining amount. The lady at the front desk told us, that it is not possible to provide us a bill or pre-printout of the bill. She offered us to send us an email after payment. So we were forced to pay more than 1000 Euro without having the facts to prove if it is correct or not. We travel a lot around the world, this was the first time we experienced such a uncomfortable situation during checkout.

Wonderful

Le Duc is an amazing place to stay in. Beautiful beach right in front of resort, detailed every single decoration around the whole resort, sensational food especially in the evening. Just fab. Staff amazing.

The only one think I must point out was a bit smell in our room from the shower drain in room 112 so this should really get sorted but overall I can highly recomend.

The attention on details in the room cleaning and the communication (give information) between the staff - this was missing for a 4 star hotel

Great!

Beautiful setting, artistic room design, manicured and creative landscaping. Excellent layout of the grounds, buffet area and bars. Breakfast buffet was very good and complete. Service was great. In particular, the white lady manager who used to live in South Africa was great (sorry can’t remember her name). She was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We also met the owner, Robert, whose attention to detail and artistic flare have inspired the enchanting presentation of this beautiful boutique hotel. Also, you can tell the owner really cares for his employees, and that shows in the way they treat the guests and take pride in their work. Love the festive lights and lively vibe! Also love the DJ - great music and dancing on the weekends. The bartenders from Sri Lanka were great - super accommodating too! They let us suggest our own drink creations and very flexible with special requests.

Nice hotel with a beautiful surroundings.

We liked the location and the surrounding. The rooms are quite big and the bathroom also (there is also a terrace).The dinning was magnificant-food quality and presentation on a high level. The location of the hotel couldn't be in a nicer place. The staff is also very kind. The nature in the hotel surroundings amazed us.

The only thing we didn't like is the bed quality which is very important for a 5* hotel. The mattresses are a bit outdated and should be replaced with a new ones.

A wonderful start to our Seychelles honeymoon

Ambiance - design of main area, room decor Comfortable check-in. We arrived several hours before check in and were able to leave our luggage and go to the beach Generous honeymoon amenities - sparkling wine, candle lit dinner at Cafe Des Arts, 2 free cocktails, beautiful painting as a parting gift Egg chair on the balcony ️ Great view of the beach from our very modern Oceanfront room Excellent lotion and other room amenities Good buffet and an excellent omelette. My husband had a full plate of gluten free pastries every morning for breakfast Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful beach steps away from our room

Lack of availability of towels. We requested beach towels around 3pm and were told there were no more available. This is odd for a beach hotel
